A highly motivated designer Davinder is a Print designer/ Consultant/ Lecturer and has over 25 years of design experience in both Fashion and Homeware. While living in New York Davinder worked for various print studios and his designs have be been sold to top US brands such as, The Gap, Guess, Liz Clairbourne, Victoria secrets to name a few.On his return to the UK Davinder was given the position of Senior Print Designer at George to drive the Print direction on Womenswear for both the UK and the Global markets. He also was Senior Print Designer at Sainsburys working on both Fashion and Homeware.Davinder has also worked on various brands such as Fatface, Joules, Next, Debenhams, Tesco, Shopdirect, Sabchi, Littlewoods and CottonTraders to name a few. His designs can be found on both Fashion and Homeware.
His designs have been featured in Marie Claire/ Grazia, Look magazine, Living Etc, House & Garden, House Beautiful, Country Homes & Interiors and Style at Home.
Davinder is also a public speaker and has also been a guest on the Round Table in Paris at Premier Vision 2019. As well speaking in Germany for Kornit Digital and Amsterdam.
He was also a judge for the David Band Texiles Award at Graduate Fashion Week 2018 and 2020 and pre judge 2021.
Davinder has also been a guest speaker at New Designers in 2019-2022. As well as talking to students how to survive the Pandemic, he has also chaired meeting with John Lewis/ Hallmark and Habitat discussing ‘Lockdown Trends’.
Besides running his business ‘ Madaher’ with his wife you can find Davinder Freelancing for various clients and travels internationally speaking at various Universities/ Colleges and Companies.
Davinder has also been a guest on BBC Asian Network and featured in, Printed Textiles by Amanda Briggs Goode as well as various bloggers websites.
